Overview
Britain's best-known adventure camps: outdoor challenges, team games and new friends.
The main camps are multi-activity breaks, where children rotate through a programme of outdoor and team challenges at a large activity centre. Specialist camps, such as a beginner pony camp, run for a full week.
Children are grouped with others of a similar age (8 to 11, 11 to 13 and 13 to 16), which makes it a good first experience of being away from home. Stays are short enough for first-time campers, from a few nights up to a week.
