Overview

Welcome to Tanzania

Tanzania holds some of Africa's most famous wildlife areas. The Serengeti's endless plains follow the migration all year, the Ngorongoro Crater is a natural wildlife enclosure, and Tarangire and Lake Manyara add elephants, baobabs and tree-climbing lions.

It is also home to Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa, and the spice island of Zanzibar, where Stone Town's heritage and turquoise beaches make a natural end to a safari.
